If you are needing to request a Resale Certificate package due to the pending sale of a property in Cypress Cove, please email cypresscove@gvtc.com and the details will be emailed to you. This package does require a payment of $375.00 per lot, prior to issuance of package. Payment can be made by check to CCMA and dropped off or mailed to 1664 Cypress Cove Rd., Spring Branch Texas, 78070. You can also pay online by clicking the button below.

Annual Dues by Section:
• Sections 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10 & 11: $24.00 per lot per year
• Section 7: $36.00 per lot per year
• Section 12: $48.00 per lot per year
