📢 Cypress Cove Board Meeting Update 

To ensure we remain in full compliance with Texas Property Code and our HOA guidelines, we will be rescheduling this week’s Board of Directors meeting. The meeting agenda was finalized and made available later than the required notice period. Texas law requires that notice of board meetings, including the general subject matter, be posted at least 144 hours (6 days) in advance. In order to meet this requirement and ensure transparency for all residents, the meeting will be moved to next Wednesday, April 15th at 6PM. An updated notice and agenda will be posted accordingly. We appreciate your understanding and remain committed to keeping our processes compliant and transparent for the community.

The pool will open Memorial Day Weekend! 🎉

If you are a resident and still have your pool card from last year, it will be automatically reactivated for the upcoming season. ✅

If you need a new pool card, the cost is $25.00. 💳 Payment can be made online through your Owner Portal; however, please call the office first so we can add the invoice to your account prior to payment. 📞

You may also pay by check by dropping it off in the mailbox at:

🚫 Please note that cash payments are not accepted.

Cypress Cove Trash Off - Saturday, April 18th, starting at 8AM at the burn field.

Accepted items:

-Old furniture

-Appliances

-General Debris

NOT Accepted items:

NO TREE DEBRIS FOR TRASH OFF!!

-Hazardous waste

-Paint cans

-Batteries

Dumpsters will remain available until full, so come early!

There will be a metal collection service as well! 

The "Point" gate is now unlocked and open from daylight to dusk.
