As we transition to this new platform, please be patient with us. This site is currently a work in progress, and we’re continuing to make improvements and updates to better serve our community.

The pool will open Memorial Day Weekend! 🎉

If you are a resident and still have your pool card from last year, it will be automatically reactivated for the upcoming season. ✅

If you need a new pool card, the cost is $25.00. 💳 Payment can be made online through your Owner Portal; however, please call the office first so we can add the invoice to your account prior to payment. 📞

You may also pay by check by dropping it off in the mailbox at:

🚫 Please note that cash payments are not accepted.

PAY FOR POOL CARD

ATTENTION WASTE CONNECTION CUSTOMERS 

Cypress Cove Trash Off - Saturday, April 18th, starting at 8AM at the burn field.

Accepted items:

-Old furniture

-Appliances

-General Debris

NOT Accepted items:

NO TREE DEBRIS FOR TRASH OFF!!

-Hazardous waste

-Paint cans

-Batteries

Dumpsters will remain available until full, so come early!

There will be a metal collection service as well! 

The "Point" gate is now unlocked and open from daylight to dusk.
